it is our body
power activation points and it’s a part of yoga and it is like body activation “Tool”
it’s called “Kundalini awakening”
There are 7 chakras in our body

The "Lower" vs. "Higher" Chakras
It helps to view the system as a journey from the material world to the spiritual world:
The Physical Trio (Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus): These deal with your relationship to the outside world—money, sex, power, and safety.
The Bridge (Heart): The heart sits in the middle, connecting your physical existence with your spiritual insights.
The Spiritual Trio (Throat, Third Eye, Crown): These focus on how you express your internal truth and connect to the universe.
