Breathing Sadahana (Practice)

 

Breathe Inches:-

Usually the practitioner exhales 12 inches. If one takes a deep-slow-long breath and focuses on it while exhaling the inches of the breath will decrease.

 

  • Ø  If the breath is reduced to 11 inches – the life becomes stable.
  • Ø  If the breath is reduced to 10 inches - one becomes a great poet.
  • Ø  If the breath is reduced to 9 inches - one attains Brahmananda.
  • Ø  If the breath is reduced to 8 inches - one attains farsightedness.
  • Ø  If the breath is reduced to 6 inches - one becomes able to travel
  •     through the sky.
  • Ø  If the breath is reduced to 4 inches - all Siddhas are attained.
  • Ø  If the breath is reduced to 2 inches - one can assume the desired form.
  • Ø  If the breath is reduced to 1 inch - one can become invisible.

 

With further practice, they will no longer need to breathe. Such people become immortal.

 

Breath - Age of Creation:-

 The number of breaths we take per day (21600) is doubled and one zero is added

 

Ø  Kali Yuga - 4,32,000 years.

Ø  Dwapara Yuga doubled - 8,64,000 years.

Ø  Treta Yuga tripled - 12,96,000 years.

Ø  Krita Yuga quadrupled - 17,28,000 years.

Ø  Chatur Yuga ten times (Kali+Dwapara+Treta+Krita Yugas) –

43,20,000 years.

 

Breathing – Sadhana:-

 Sitting in a comfortable position, with eyes softly closed, we should observe the breath entering through our nostrils and exiting through the same nostrils. As we do this, the running of the mind gradually slows down and gradually stops. Then the infinite cosmic life force is available through the Brahmarandhra.
